Glucosamine Plus
Nutritional health supplements supporting the joints by stimulating the growth of cartilage and joint repair.
The ingredients in Glucosamine combine to help support the joints and bolster the immune system. Glucosamine is a naturally occurring substance in joints and its main function is to stimulate the growth of cartilage. It not only supports healthy joint function, but also stimulates its repair, both of which are important as we age.
Glucosamine hydrochloride, the most bio-available form, helps to support the health of the body's joints and connective tissue. By adding herb's Turmeric and Green Tea powder they will help support the immune system and metabolism. These ingredients provide powerful nutritional support throughout the body.
Some differences to watch out for in the market place.
"Glucosamine sulfate is actually made from Glucosamine HCI (hydrochloride), through the addition of either sodium or potassium sulfate. This addition provides no absorption benefits to the glucosamine molecule, but instead compromises its purity. When the sulfate molecule is attached to the glucosamine molecule, it takes away some of the active constituent of the glucosamine. Therefore, Glucosamine HCI provides a much greater percentage of active ingredients to the body than glucosamine sulfate, making it more bioavailable. Both forms of glucosamine provide an equal absorption rate, but you would need a greater amount of glucosamine sulfate in order to have the same effect as a lesser amount of glucosamine HCI.
Current research has shown that Chondroitin sulfate, commonly found in combination with glucosamine sulfate, is too large a molecule to be absorbed and used by the cells of the body."
Glucosamine Key Benefits
Glucosamine has been reported to be supportive in arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, disc degeneration, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, bursitis, cartilage repair (tendons and ligaments), skin wound healing, carpal tunnel syndrome and in reducing inflammatory response.
Assistive with inflamed discs, siatic nerve, and in flamed joint associated with ageing.
Useful in restoring lost elasticity in the invertebrate disc.
Studies have also shown glucosamine to yield as good as, or even better results compared to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in contributing to relieving the pain and inflammation of osteoarthritis.
"If your body fails you through your or others neglect, where will you live?"
My aim is to help people understand how to help themselves by using natural methods rather than relying on mainstream products, which may have unwanted side effects. By studying research from many sources I have found that usually common sense prevails. For more specific information email me at : info@looksamazing.net
